Colwich Elementary School

• Students must be 3 or 4 years old as of August 31, 2026.
• Class Schedule:
  • Morning Session: 8:00 am – 11:15 am
  • Afternoon Session: 12:15 pm – 3:30 pm
  • Classes are Monday through Thursday, no class on Friday.
• Enrollment for new students for the 2026-27 school year will open on January 6th and run until spots are filled. Once enrollment is full, a waitlist will be available for families interested in being placed on it. If spots become available, waitlisted families will be contacted to offer placement.

• Colwich PreK is also the Renwick Early Childhood Center which serves Renwick students with special educational needs.

1. Complete Reservation Form with $50 registration fee payable to: CES 
2. Read Tuition Letter and submit Authorization of Payment after PreK Screenings are completed in August. Students may qualify for at-risk tuition waiver.
3. The following items will be collected after registration is confirmed:​

• Student Data Form
• State issued Birth Certificate →  Kansas Birth Certificate Application Process
• Child Health Assessment dated Sep. 1, 2025 - Sep. 1, 2026
  • Health assessment may be completed by a licensed physician (MD, DO, DC), a certified physician’s assistant (PA-C), or an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN).
• Current Immunization Record → provide paper copy or email digital copy to ashleigh.harp@usd267.com
